    Didn’t receive my order

    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I received an email stating that my order had been delivered, but I never received it.

    I’ve contacted the company’s support email twice and have received no response, no follow-up, and no assistance whatsoever.

    At this point, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. A missing order is frustrating enough, but the complete lack of customer support makes the experience even worse.
